1. When is the program starting?

Ans. The program will start on 16th July, 2012 at XIM Bhubaneswar Campus. Please report on or before 2PM. Please note that the first batch of the progam will start from 16th July 2012, the 2nd batch of the program will start after 4th Semester BPUT exam.

2. What is the duration of the course?

Ans. 60 hours (16th July to 31st July 2012)

3. What is the Class time?

Ans. Minimum 4 hours everyday, students are requested not to take any other course during the same time period. Please note this course requires hands-on practice and your un-divided attention during the entire duration.

Class timing = 8am - 1pm
Class timing = 2pm - 7pm

4. Can I choose my class time?

Ans. We will email you, your class time, if you are not satisfied with the time slot you can get back to us. We will try to allocate you within your specified slot (subject to availability).

5. Who is giving the Certificate?

Ans. The Certificate you will receive is given by XIMB only. The certificate is "XIMB Certificate in Network Management"

6. How do I register for the program?

Ans. Application Process: Logon to www.nettech.in & do an online registration. Once you register for the program you will receive an unique Login ID, Once you get the ID you need to deposit Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand Only) as registration fee for the course. You can choose any of the following option to deposit the fee.

Option 1: You may deposit the registration fee of Rs. 3000/- in our bank account in any State Bank of India (SBI) Branch. Our account details are as follows. Account Name: "Nettech Private Limited" Account no.: "30877292106" Branch: Triangular Park. Please ask the bank teller to include your Name and LoginID no. for narration of your deposit/transaction, so we could verify your Name/LoginID with the bank. Once cash is deposited in our bank account it is mandatory to inform our Kolkata office (call 93305 90003) about the deposit that you made along with the SBI Bank Branch code from where you have deposited the money, so we can cross-check and confirm you online. Please retain the bank counter foil / deposit slip with you for future reference.

Option 2: You may do online transfer the fee of Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand Only)- in our bank account. Our account details are as follows. Please write your Name/LoginID in the transaction field during the online transfer. Once transfer is completed in our bank account it is mandatory to inform our Kolkata office (call 93305 90003) about the transfer, so we can cross-check and confirm you online. Option 3: You may send a Demand draft for Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand only) in favor of "Nettech Private Limited" payable at Kolkata. Please write your login id no. & your name on the back of the demand draft for ready reference. SPEED POST your Demand draft to the following address mentioning “Network Training Program” on the envelope. (We suggest you to use Speed Post only, you may use a reputed courier service if you so wish). Please keep a photo copy of your demand draft with you for ready reference.

7. How much is the course fee?

Ans. The course fee is Rs. 7000/- (Inclusive of Rs. 3000/- of registration fee).

8. How is Nettech involved in the program?

Ans. Nettech has tied up with XIMB to market & deliver the program.

9. What is the last date to register for the program?

Ans. Last date for the Online registration is on 30th June, 2012. Please note that limited seats are available, will be allocated on the first-come-first serves basis.

10. What is the last date to pay the registration amount?

Ans. 30th June, 2012.

11. When do I make the balance payment?

Ans. On 16th July 2012, when you come to XIMB the program you make the balance payment of Rs. 4000/- (Four thousand only).

12. Is there any Hostel facility available?

Ans. No, Please note for this program there is no hostel facility available. One has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation during the program.

13. Can I get my Registration Fee back if I wish to drop out of the program?

Ans. Please note that the registration fee paid for the program is not refundable. In case the program get cancelled due to political or communal riot/disturbances/strike/bandh, flood, bomb blast, earth quake or any other external reason which is beyond the control of NETTECH, the registration fee paid will be adjusted with Nettech's future program in the same or any other venue.

14. Do I need to carry any book for the course?

Ans. It is not compulsory to carry any book for the course. If you are comfortable please carry at least one book each from all the three sections mentioned on the Reference Book List (Check Pre-Course material site).

15. Do I need to carry any laptop for the course?

Ans. It is compulsory to carry your laptop. We will install the necessary application in your laptop. Please note you should have Windows OS as your main operating system with more than 1GB RAM (2GB and more is prefered).

16. What is the criteria for Certification?

Ans. Please note that it is a serious program, if you are coming for the program we expect you to concentrate on your studies. We will have regular tests to evaluate your progress on a day to day basis. To qualify for the certificate one has to score minimum of 50% marks on aggregate. Students who do not secure 50% cut-off marks will be allowed to give re-test to qualify for the Certificate. Students failing in the re-test will be awarded participation certificate instead of successful qualification Certificate.
